Life Jacket Competent User is a Rescue 3 accredited course, designed and delivered to give employees and volunteers the necessary skill and knowledge to wear and conduct pre-use checks on Life Jackets and safely recover themselves or colleagues to an area of safety if they were to accidently fall into the water.
