This course is for those working in a high risk Confined Spaces. The course includes preparing to work safely; entering and exiting high risk Confined Spaces safely; using equipment and tools safely; following procedures and dealing with emergencies.
This course is aimed at those entering high risk confined spaces in both a vertical and horizontal access. The course covers the relevant legislation, air monitoring and safe systems of work a to be able to conduct tasks in this environment. The course includes co-worker rescues from confined spaces, using stretchers and hoists to extract casualties, where the use of breathing apparatus may be necessary
This course develops technical skills for those employed in confined space rescue teams. This focuses on enhancing the personal and team skills necessary to conduct complex rescues using ropes systems, stretchers, and supplementary air. This includes incident management and situational analysis through scenario-based training.
This course is aimed at those entering low or medium risk confined spaces in both a vertical and horizontal access. The course covers the relevant legislation, air monitoring and safe systems of work to be able to conduct tasks in this environment. The course includes the introduction and practice of co-worker rescues from confined spaces, using stretchers and hoists to extract casualties.
This course is for those working in a Low risk Confined Spaces. The course includes preparing to work safely; entering and exiting high risk Confined Spaces safely; using equipment and tools safely; following procedures and dealing with emergencies.
This course is aimed at those entering high risk confined spaces as part of a rescue team. This includes the use of vertical and horizontal entry in self-contained breathing apparatus, the use of mechanical hoists and rope systems to affect a rescue of a casualty requiring extraction using a stretcher and supplementary air.
This course is for confined space rescue team members who already have completed a comprehensive training and want to continue to specialise. This training continues where the CSRT course finishes.
